Without a doubt, today’s real estate market is tough. However, while others have struggled mightily, I have stayed above the competition through the philosophies taught to me by Tye Maner.

When I went to see Tye at a seminar for brokers I was feeling kind of guilty since I knew I should be doing better than I was. But when the seminar started and he started talking all of that went away as I became energized in his message as I could see how it related to what I was doing.

The best way, he said, to get on my feet is to get off my rear, be proactive; if the phones are not ringing, make them ring, and if people don’t answer the first time, keep trying. Persistence breaks down resistance.

It may sound strange, but I felt empowered because Tye told me that I could take control of the situation. I don’t think anyone told me that before and I took it to heart because of a newfound confidence that I could do it.

By the end of the seminar, he quickly and efficiently gave me the direction in which I needed to go to be successful… and I haven’t looked back!

Other brokers since then have come up to me and asked me for the secret; not only for my success but my happiness for my career. In return, I simply tell them the message that Tye told me. It’s that simple. For anyone considering partnering with Tye Maner, I would simply say: Don’t attend if you’re not ready to challenge yourself to be all you can be… today… tomorrow… forever.
