As a former consulting partner, I have been through numerous training sessions focused on sales, leadership and customer service. However, our sessions with Tye Maner have been some of the most enjoyable I have attended... and this includes executive development sessions at Wharton and IBM.


When I approached Tye for assistance, we were facing issues such as a lack of standardized sales processes and an insufficient focus on customer service. My HR Director and I worked with Tye to develop a customized training curriculum for our associates.


Through a great teaching style that appealed to a large audience, he provided practical knowledge that could be applied to our associates’ individual jobs. His great personality, organized sessions and relaxed environment totally engaged our associates and made learning easier and fun, which is half the battle with training courses.

 

Our company has a very strong sales mentality and is a seasoned group. However, I have received numerous comments from first time training participants that his training was the best they have ever attended. Our team has learned to think more about the customer when making decisions and to always anticipate how they will respond.


Since we began working with Tye, we have seen a dramatic increase in our customer satisfaction ratings and I believe Tye is one of the reasons we have experienced such dramatic improvement.

 

Tye Maner is the real deal. Simply put, he gets down to the issues, shares great examples that everyone relates to and makes it fun to learn.
